Survey Initial Results
I don't have much data as of yet, but what I do have is not surprising to me. I didn't think that people would know too much about littering, which so far has proved to be true. I also thought that a lot of college students littered, which also seems to be true. I don't know what the official results are going to be, but so far it seems that my theory of active littering being easier to change than passive littering is true.
It looks like you are getting good information and that your theory is turning out to be true. I am kind of confused on what you mean by active versus passive littering, but overall it seems like you are in the process of receiving good information that will help you in writing and analyzing about your theory.
ReplyDeleteThis topic is really interesting because it is something many college students over look or don't take seriously. I am also confused about the difference between active and passive littering. It would be very interesting to see the research on this topic because it seems like something that is very simple, but by the way you're explaining it, looks to be more complex. I would love to take your survey, you should post the link!
ReplyDeleteAs someone who witnessed someone littering today I am not to shocked by the results. Littering can be a problem that people do not take very seriously, but it can have serious side effects. I definitely agree with the theory of active littering being easier to quit than passive. Although, it is the passive that contributes the most waste.
